If you solve the problem, they’ll get the answer. But they’ll miss out on the learning.
So next time someone brings you a challenge, ask:
👉 “What do you think you should do?”
Give them space to reflect. Listen closely. Let them take the lead.
You’ll still get to a solution. And they’ll leave with more confidence – and with more ownership.
That’s how people learn. That’s how they grow. And that’s how they stop asking for your help so much.
Ask, don’t tell.
